We are pleased to announce the return of the Governor’s Summit on Addiction, taking place November 13–14 at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.

This year’s event will once again bring together leaders and professionals from across South Carolina to address the addiction crisis through prevention, treatment, recovery, and policy. Attendees can look forward to expert speakers, timely and relevant sessions, and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues from behavioral health, law enforcement, healthcare, government, faith communities, and advocacy organizations.

Join us for two days of learning, networking, and meaningful dialogue as we work together to save lives and strengthen communities.

What is the Governor's Summit on Addiction?

The Summit is South Carolina’s premier gathering for those dedicated to addressing the addiction crisis head-on. This powerful event brings together behavioral health professionals, law enforcement, healthcare providers, state and local government leaders, clergy, advocates, and other committed individuals to collaborate, learn, and lead.

Together, we’ll explore strategies across the continuum—prevention, treatment, and recovery—to build stronger communities, support those in need, and save lives. Join us as we unite knowledge, compassion, and action to create lasting change in the fight against addiction.
